(event) Brazilian Independence Day Celebration Start: 7:00 pm End: 11:00 pm Description: Please join Grupo Samba Rio for a Brazilian Independence Day Celebration on Friday September 7, from 7:00 to 11:00 p.m. at Rhythmix Cultural Works in Alameda. We will have pagode, samba, and feijoada with all the trimmings for everyone in honor of Brazilian Independence! $15 cover charge for music and feijoada. All ages welcome. Rhythmix Cultural Works is a beautiful new space in Alameda, and fast and easy to get to from the freeway. (See map on attached flyer, or check www.rhythmix.org for directions.)
